We’re looking for a performance-driven marketing professional who can own D2C growth, generate quality leads, and drive student enrollments through data-driven marketing strategies.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid marketing campaigns.

✅ Drive student enrollments and improve ROAS, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.

✅ Manage end-to-end B2C marketing funnels and lead generation activities.

✅ Implement CRM, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing strategies.

✅ Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.

✅ Analyze campaign performance and manage marketing budgets effectively.

✅ Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to achieve business goals.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing.

🔹 Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

🔹 Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.

🔹 Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM tools, marketing automation, and AI tools.

🔹 EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning experience will be an added advantage.
