Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with campaign execution, content preparation, and coordination of promotional initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, helping analyze customer and industry trends, and contributing to basic marketing reports and presentations. The intern will collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to understand client needs and refine messaging for Zoho-focused services. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular interaction with cross-functional teams to support NuageCX’s marketing and business development goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and, when needed, with prospects or clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to gather data, analyze trends, and support the development of marketing plans.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation activities, campaign support, and coordination with the sales team.
• Relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, familiarity with digital marketing tools, and interest in CRM and cloud technologies (Zoho ecosystem) are beneficial.
• Preferred qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with a willingness to learn, strong time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
