Key Responsibilities

• Token & Project Research: Identify promising Web3 projects, upcoming token launches, TGEs, funding rounds, and market opportunities.
• Founder & Project Outreach: Connect with token founders, CEOs, BD heads, and project teams through X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and email.
• Token Listing & Business Development: Generate qualified leads, pitch KoinBX as a listing partner, negotiate partnerships, and manage the pipeline from lead generation to listing.
• Build Listing Infrastructure: Develop listing databases, CRM systems, evaluation scorecards, outreach templates, trackers, and checklists.
• Launch & Growth: Coordinate with Compliance, Tech, Product, Liquidity, and Marketing teams. Support post-listing growth through KOL campaigns, AMAs, trading competitions, and community campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Crypto, Web3, Tokens, CEX/DEX, and Tokenomics.
• Ability to identify promising projects before they become mainstream.
• Strong research, communication, negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
• A strong network across X, Telegram, Discord, and Web3 communities is an advantage.
• Experience in crypto BD, token listings, exchanges, launchpads, or Web3 projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
