Marketing Event Executive

Hiring: Executive – Brand Events & Community Partnerships

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for an outgoing and confident Executive to build our brand offline through camps, events, and community and B2B partnerships across Delhi/NCR or Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run offline camps and events end to end, from planning to execution to post-event reporting
• Create strong brand visibility through branding, signage, and displays
• Build and maintain partnerships with RWAs, societies, corporates, clubs, and community groups
• Coordinate with vendors for venues, set-up, printing, and logistics
• Call prospective attendees, create RSVPs, and maximise turnout
• Host events, engage crowds, and manage visitor flow
• Work with marketing, operations, sales, and clinical teams, and share regular performance updates
• Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in managing events, camps, exhibitions, or activations
• Experience in hosting crowds and running an offline kiosk or stand
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident and comfortable approaching strangers
• Good phone etiquette and basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR and work weekends and event days
• Graduate in any stream (Mass Communication, Event Management, or Marketing preferred)
