Marketing Director – iGaming & Online Casino

About the Role

CreateBytes is looking for a senior Marketing Director with strong experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto gaming, or gaming technology.

This role will lead the growth of CreateBytes’ iGaming business across player acquisition, casino growth, affiliate marketing, CRM, retention, partnerships, brand, and B2B client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for the iGaming business.
• Drive player acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, and LTV growth.
• Build and scale affiliate, SEO, influencer, partnership, and other acquisition channels.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, VIP, loyalty, and retention strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with casino operators, sportsbooks, gaming companies, affiliates, and technology partners.
• Drive B2B client acquisition and build a strong international pipeline for CreateBytes.
• Develop partnerships across global iGaming markets, events, and industry networks.
• Own marketing budgets, performance reporting, attribution, and commercial KPIs.
• Build and lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
• Strong experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, gaming technology, or related gaming businesses.
• Proven experience in player acquisition, affiliate marketing, CRM, and retention.
• Strong understanding of casino economics, including CAC/CPA, FTDs, GGR, NGR, LTV, and retention.
• Experience in international markets and managing teams/agencies.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred: Direct online casino operator experience, crypto casino experience, casino launch/zero-to-one experience, VIP marketing, and an existing network across iGaming businesses.
