Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead & manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution while ensuring exceptional client servicing and campaign delivery.

The ideal candidate should be confident in managing client relationships, leading creator negotiations, coordinating with internal teams, and driving campaigns with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.

Lead campaign strategy and ensure smooth execution across multiple brands.

Handle client communication and build strong client relationships.

Lead creator sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and closures.

Ensure campaign quality, timely execution, and successful delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Mentor and guide junior team members whenever required.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and internal processes.

Contribute towards client retention and overall business growth.

What are we looking for?

Preference will be given to candidates with prior agency or Influencer marketing experience.

The ideal candidate should have

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.

A solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
