Job Description

Walking Frames Productions Pvt. Ltd. is a creative production house specializing in TV commercials, digital campaigns, corporate films, branded content, and creative storytelling. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing & BD Executive to drive business growth, strengthen our brand presence, and build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
• Identify and connect with brands, agencies, startups, and corporate clients through LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, referrals, and other digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the company's social media presence, content planning, community engagement, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams to prepare client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Support SEO initiatives, website updates, and content marketing to improve online visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business and branding opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups when required.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform innovations.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Google Ads, Insta-ads, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Experience in the media, advertising, production, or creative agency industry will be an added advantage.
