Marketing & Branding Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Charantra's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, articles, graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute branding and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and other brand materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics.

Requirements

• Graduate with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for branding, content creation, and social media.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage.
• Interest in startups, business, finance, and investment banking.
• Self-driven, creative, and eager to learn.
