Marketing Automation Developer

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Work Mode: Full-time, on-site

Salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled professional to build and manage CRM integrations, marketing automations, and customer communication workflows for Arviend Sud’s numerology and Vastu business across courses, consultations, reports, and offline events.

You must be able to connect platforms through APIs and webhooks, write scripts where required, and independently troubleshoot automation failures. Experience limited to CRM data entry, sending broadcasts, or operating existing campaigns is insufficient for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated customer journeys covering lead capture, segmentation, follow-ups, purchases, reminders, and delivery updates.
• Integrate CRM, WhatsApp, email, payment, landing page, and course platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Write and modify scripts using Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script to handle requirements beyond standard platform features.
• Configure CRM fields, tags, lead stages, routing rules, and automated triggers.
• Manage WhatsApp and email campaigns, including audience selection, scheduling, automation, and delivery tracking.
• Clean, validate, deduplicate, and synchronize customer data across systems.
• Diagnose failed workflows, incorrect field mappings, missing records, and API errors; implement logging, alerts, and retries.
• Maintain automated reports and document workflows so the team can operate them reliably.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience personally building CRM or marketing automations and integrations.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and field mapping.
• Ability to write and debug scripts in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pabbly.
• Working knowledge of SQL and strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
• Experience configuring CRM workflows and WhatsApp or email automations.
• Ability to read API documentation and independently investigate technical issues.

Preferred Experience

• ActiveCampaign, LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
• WATI, AiSensy, or similar WhatsApp API platforms.
• Payment gateway integrations and course platform integrations.
• Automation work for coaching, education, or businesses with lead generation and sales funnels.
