Role Description The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Dwarika Healthcare’s services, managing public relations activities, and strengthening the organization’s brand presence in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating marketing materials, coordinating events or outreach initiatives, and maintaining relationships with media and community partners. The specialist will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging, support patient acquisition and retention efforts, and respond to public inquiries or feedback in a professional manner.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to support service promotion, lead generation, and conversion activities.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
