Position: Marketing & Business Development Intern

📍 Location: Greater Noida West / Bengaluru [Hybrid]

⏳ Duration: 2-3 months

💰 Stipend: ₹3,000-₹5,000/month, depending on the candidate’s profile

At Yoop Media, we help brands grow through creator-led content, influencer marketing, and digital media.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and driven individual interested in client acquisition, sales, and business development within the influencer marketing industry.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll identify potential clients, initiate professional conversations, and help build a strong pipeline of business opportunities for the agency.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and researching potential clients, brands, founders, and businesses.
• Reaching out to prospective clients through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and Instagram DMs.
• Drafting professional outreach messages and emails to initiate business conversations.
• Following up with prospective clients and maintaining communication.
• Generating leads and maintaining an organised client outreach database.
• Tracking leads, responses, follow-ups, and outreach activities using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Supporting the agency’s day-to-day business development and administrative activities.

Skills Required

• Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with founders, business owners, and potential clients.
• LinkedIn Knowledge: Good understanding of LinkedIn, professional networking, prospect research, and business outreach.
• Instagram Knowledge: Proper understanding of Instagram, including DMs, business profiles, and using the platform for professional communication.
• Email Drafting: Ability to draft clear, professional, and persuasive cold emails, follow-ups, and business messages.
• Excel / Google Sheets: Ability to maintain lead databases, track outreach, organise client information, and manage follow-ups.
• PowerPoint: Basic knowledge of creating and editing professional presentations.
• Canva: Familiarity with Canva for creating and editing basic presentations, documents, and business creatives.
• Organisation & Ownership: Ability to manage tasks, maintain records, follow up consistently, and work independently.
