Marketing Account Manager

Are you someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing marketing campaigns, and driving account growth?

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of client accounts, work closely with internal teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client goals and turn them into actionable plans
• Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Track campaign performance and share insights with clients
• Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Prepare client reports, business reviews, and presentations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role
• Experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or an Agency environment preferred
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
