Job description

 Conduct telephonic surveys and interact with IT decision-makers to identify technology demand.

 Perform in-depth web research to identify market opportunities, industry trends, and potential prospects.

 Generate and qualify sales leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline for IT solutions.

 Support inside sales efforts through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and email campaigns.

 Coordinate with internal teams to provide market insights and client feedback.

Candidate Profile

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

 Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts preferred.

 Knowledge of web research, MS Office, and CRM tools.

 Interest or exposure in lead generation, inside sales, presales, or customer interaction.

 Candidates residing in Greater Noida, Noida, or Ghaziabad preferred.

Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week
