The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, resourceful Manufacturing & Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for India operations and support broader APAC hiring as business needs evolve.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to translate workforce priorities into successful hires across manufacturing, engineering, technical, sales, and corporate functions. Beyond filling immediate vacancies, you will build talent pipelines and improve the processes that help IRISS attract, assess, and secure the right people.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing skills, practical knowledge of manufacturing talent, and the urgency and follow-through needed to deliver in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage approved searches from requisition intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, offer acceptance, and onboarding handoff.
• Align hiring with business needs: Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, essential skills, assessment criteria, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Recruit across functions: Fill roles in production, operations, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and corporate departments.
• Source proactively: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, professional networks, technical institutes, and direct outreach to reach qualified candidates.
• Build sustainable pipelines: Develop talent maps and candidate networks for critical roles, recurring vacancies, and anticipated workforce demand.
• Strengthen candidate assessment: Conduct structured screening, coordinate interviews and assessments, and secure timely, actionable feedback.
• Support informed decisions: Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation expectations, notice periods, and competing opportunities.
• Drive offers through joining: Maintain candidate engagement, identify acceptance or joining risks, and coordinate pre-employment requirements with HR.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data: Keep ATS records current, safeguard candidate information, and report on search progress, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
• Improve recruiting performance: Identify bottlenecks and refine sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communication practices to improve hiring speed and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or skilled-trades environments.
• Proven success managing multiple searches, including high-volume recruitment and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, screening, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to understand technical and manufacturing requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and screening criteria.
• Experience recruiting in India; broader APAC recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Ability to build trusted hiring manager relationships, set clear expectations, and guide decisions using sound judgment and market insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant recruiting platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and shared collaboration skills, including recruiting trackers, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with an onsite team.
