Hiring: Managing Director (SEO Agency) – India Services | Mumbai

Background in an SEO/search-focused agency preferred - Search Engineering (SEO, AEO & GEO)

Our client is looking for a senior business leader to lead and scale its India services business across revenue, client success, delivery, people, and profitability. This is a full P&L leadership role with the mandate to build the next phase of the company’s growth in India, with oversight of operations in Bengaluru.

Experience scaling businesses beyond ₹50 crore in revenue, working with Indian enterprises/GCCs, or strong CMO networks would be valuable.

What You’ll Own

• Full P&L responsibility for the India services business
• Revenue growth, business development, and enterprise client relationships
• Client success, delivery excellence, and operational performance
• Building and scaling high-performing leadership and delivery teams
• Profitability, commercial strategy, and organisational growth
• Expansion of capabilities across Search Engineering (SEO, AEO & GEO) and Demand Labs (B2B pipeline generation)
• Driving AI, automation, and technology-led operating models

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience across digital marketing, search, technology services, consulting, or related sectors
• 5+ years leading a business unit with direct revenue and P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated success scaling a services business across revenue, clients, and organisation size
• Strong track record managing and selling to large enterprise accounts
• Established relationships with senior marketing and business leaders
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading senior leadership teams
• Strong understanding of digital search and performance-led marketing
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, automation, search, and technology valuable Experience
