Manager – Supply Chain Strategic Projects and Networks

Purpose of the job

The role is responsible for leading strategic supply chain projects and network optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and scalability across the network

Major Responsibilities

• List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil the job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results, with % of Annual time spent, or expected to be spent.
• Lead strategic supply chain and network optimization projects.
• Develop and evaluate network and inventory optimization scenarios using analytics tools
• Support data-driven decision making through business case analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for solution implementation

Internal & External Relationships

• INTERNAL: Supply chain Planning and Logistics team across the globe
• EXTERNAL: Teams from Finance, Strategy, Manufacturing, Plant technology

Relevant Experience and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics and network optimization
• Knowledge of Coupa Network Optimization and Inventory Optimization
• Awareness of BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech / MBA
