Data Engineer Power BI & Snowflake

All Generation Tech is seeking a mid-senior level Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on experience in dbt and Snowflake. This role will support a sustainability-focused team and internal engineering stakeholders by translating business requirements into scalable, production-ready data models and transformation pipelines.

We are looking for candidates based in India or Bangladesh, with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and internal engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain data transformation workflows using dbtDevelop scalable and optimized data models in SnowflakePartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical outputsCollaborate with internal engineers to align with data standards and best practicesWrite clean, maintainable SQL transformations with appropriate testing and documentationTroubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements

Required Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar rolesStrong hands-on experience with dbtStrong experience working with SnowflakeAdvanced SQL skills (performance tuning and scalable modeling experience preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business teamsAbility to quickly understand requirements and deliver independently

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BIFamiliarity with sustainability/ESG reporting use casesExperience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and data quality checks
