Job Description

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in data management space under any area and 5+ years of experience in Data Privacy & Security exclusively
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and leaders to identify and align on workable business solutions to data privacy requirements and challenges
  • Experience in creating knowledge repositories, Standards, best practices, etc
  • Knowledge of data privacy and governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies.
  • Expertise working with Data Privacy & Security tools like OneTrust, BigID,KMS, KeyVault etc
  • Experience in InfoSec is good to have

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Privacy/Security expertise support to clients on different data management, strategy and regulatory compliance problems
  • Support in assessing the privacy and security maturity of clients
  • Support in enabling a Consent management system to incorporate regulatory compliance (CCPA, GDPR
  • Ensure sensitive data is protected in rest and in transit through data masking, data encryption, etc
  • Exposure to encryption key management (on-premise and cloud) tools
  • Good exposure to Identity and Access Management framework to ensure proper controls are established for restricted data access
  • Experience in recommending right privacy tools to clients and strong experience in implementing data privacy and security leveraging key tools in this field (Secure @ Source, OneTrust, BigID, etc.)
  • Support in evaluating privacy risk exposure and enforce enterprise-wide privacy rules
