Job Description – SCM Manager

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SCM operations, including procurement, imports, exports, logistics, and inventory management.
• Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipments.
• Manage domestic and international vendors, purchase orders, negotiations, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, Quality, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, material planning, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, transportation, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare SCM reports, procurement trackers, inventory reports, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, with strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
