𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are looking for a dynamic and drive-oriented Manager – Retail Leasing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail and F&B leasing activities, securing prime locations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with retail brands and property owners across Delhi-NCR.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable retail and F&B locations across key micro-markets in Delhi-NCR.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate footfall dynamics, and present property options to target retail brands.
• Structure and negotiate lease agreements, LOIs, commercial terms, and rent structures.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Build and manage strong relationships with national/regional retail brands, property owners, and real estate developers.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive follow-ups.

3️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on rental values, vacancies, and emerging retail developments.
• Manage a portfolio of retail properties and maintain a steady pipeline of active leasing mandates.
• Prepare clear proposals, marketing pitches, and detailed market research reports.

4️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Mentor, guide, and support junior leasing executives to achieve team targets.
• Coordinate with internal design, legal, and execution teams for smooth deal completion.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in retail real estate, F&B leasing, or commercial retail leasing in Delhi-NCR.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and deal negotiation abilities.
• Sales Track Record: Proven background in lead generation, client pitching, and closing leasing deals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Key Traits: Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple mandates under tight deadlines.
