Manager - Internal Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Basic Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)/Production/Industrial Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience
• Age: 35 - 45 years (Approx.)
• Experience: 12 - 18 years in Manufacturing Warehousing, Internal Logistics, Inventory Man-agement and Production Supply Operations
• Minimum 5 years in managerial leadership role
• Experience in WMS implementation and SAP MM/WM/EWM preferred

Purpose Of The Job

• Lead warehouse and internal logistics operations ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse dig-itization, operational excellence and organizational capability development.

Strategic Warehouse & Logistics Management

• Develop and execute warehouse strategy aligned with business growth and produc-tion objectives.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Accuracy, Inventory Turns and Productivity.
• Lead warehouse capacity planning, storage optimization and automation initiatives.

WMS & Digitalization

• Lead WMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure integration with SAP/ERP systems.
• Drive barcode, RFID and digital traceability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for warehouse performance.

Inventory & Operational Excellence

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock verification.
• Manage receipt, storage, kitting, line feeding and dispatch operations.
• Drive inventory reduction, PFEP implementation and shortage management.
• Ensure EHS, statutory and audit compliance.

Leadership & Organizational Capabilities

• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management.
• Implement succession planning and talent development.
• Create a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and results.
