Manager - HR

The Manager - Human Resources (HR) role offers an opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and organisational effectiveness. The position plays a key role in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, and HR transformation initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth plans
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, organisational effectiveness, and change management initiatives
• Establish and enhance HR policies, procedures, governance frameworks, compensation and benefits programmes, and HR systems
• Design and implement organisational structures, while utilising HR metrics and analytics to support workforce optimisation and strategic decision-making
• Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, and onboarding processes
• Develop talent development, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks in collaboration with management and key stakeholders
• Facilitate performance management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements

• Experience in HR business partnering, organisational development, talent management, and workforce planning
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR policies, governance frameworks, and HR systems
• Experience leading recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and change management skills
