HR & IR Job Description — Electrical Manufacturing Company

Position: HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• Manage employee grievances, discipline, and welfare activities.
• Handle industrial relations, worker/union matters, and labour-law compliance.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower planning.
• Support performance management, training, and employee engagement.
• Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.
• Prepare HR/IR reports and support audits and inspections.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial HR.

Key Skills: Labour laws, IR, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance, and communication.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
