Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Title: Manager-HR

Location: Gurgaon- SBU

Reports to (Position)

Department/Function

Talent Acquisition: Recruitment and Selection

Lead the talent acquisition of assigned region to effectively identify and hire talent from various sources within and outside the industry

Create and develop the sourcing strategy for each search, e.g. employee referrals, identify target companies, networks, associations, and third-party resources

Identified the right candidate for the role using selection methods (interview/assessment/inbox exercise)

Support HO HR team for campus recruitment and engagement

Learning and Development - Training

Partner with the business teams to conduct the training needs analysis

Design and implement programs in coordination with HR and Sales Force Eff Team

Manage employee on boarding and induction process to integrate new joinees smoothly into the organization and its culture

Performance Management

Manage the Performance appraisal system as per company’s performance philosophy and defined policies

Be the PMS leader in the Zone and meet compliance to PMS cycle

Employee Engagement and Communication

Improve existing and design new engagement processes such as employee communication, retention and rewards and recognition etc.

Plan visits to field offices for talks on HR Policies, Safety and improvement in Infrastructure and Amenities etc.

HR Business Partnering

Clearly outline the Business needs and the people implications for driving Business Priorties

Drive Succession Planning and partner with leadership teams at relevant levels to help build in organizational capability (Build / Develop Proficiencies and enrich the talent pipeline).

Drive discussions related to workforce planning, and organization design changes and provide recommendations. Develop strategies to attract, develop and retain talents.

Facilitate changes to organizational culture, design and structure by Adopting Apollo Ways of working

Org Development / HR Operations and HR Technology

Support field offices in implementing policy changes and grievance resolution to maintain organizational hygiene

Maintain and publish MIS and analytics on key processes such as attrition, recruitment, training etc.
