Manager HR (5 years above experience)

Recruitment, Source, screen, and schedule candidates through various channels.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Oversee manpower planning, attendance, and payroll.

Strategize and ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, audits, and performance reviews

Ensure 100% statutory and labor compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Lic. LWF, ISO, Pollution etc.)

Handle grievances, and disciplinary action

Contract Labour (Licence & Yearly Compliance)

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Prepare HR letters, circulars, and communication.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
