Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting and controllership activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee statutory audits and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure timely statutory and management reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Controllership.
• Strong experience in Indian Accounting (IGAAP/Indian Accounting Standards).
• Hands-on exposure to Taxation and Statutory Audit is mandatory.
• Willing to work in a full-time Work from Office (WFO) setup.
