Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Manager – FA to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis for US mid-market clients. The role involves partnering with CFOs and business leaders to deliver actionable insights, support business decision-making, and drive financial performance across multiple engagements.
Key responsibilities
The work, specifically .
Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process end-to‑end — building driver‑based models linked to operating assumptions agreed with the CFO
Maintain a 13‑week cash‑flow model and covenant compliance tracker for clients with lender reporting obligations
Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support capital allocation, capex decisions, and M&A evaluation
Design and maintain integrated three‑statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with operating KPI drivers
Management Reporting & CFO Support
Prepare monthly management reporting packages: variance commentary, bridge analyses, and KPI dashboards tailored to the client’s board and lender audience
Build and maintain Power BI / Excel‑based management dashboards; own data integrity and refresh cadence
Support CFO in preparing materials for board meetings, lender reviews, and investor presentations
Translate financial results into clear operational narratives — connecting revenue trends, margin movements, and working capital dynamics to business decisions
Business Partnering & Analytics
Partner with department heads and operations leads to build department‑level P&Ls and cost accountability frameworks
Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses — customer‑level contribution, channel profitability, and product/SKU margin deep‑dives
Identify and flag forecast risks and opportunities proactively; own the CFO’s financial early warning system
Process & Outsourcing Excellence
Design standardized FP&A templates and process documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across the client portfolio
Work closely with Qualicentric’s accounting and bookkeeping teams to ensure month‑close integrity feeds accurately into reporting models
Manage client deliverable timelines, elevate issues proactively, and maintain SLA compliance across engagements
Actively contribute to Qualicentric’s internal knowledge base — documenting sector‑specific benchmarks, model libraries, and best practices
