Manager – Finance | Chartered Accountant (hands on exp in financial statements in accordance with Ind AS. is mandatory )

Location: New Delhi / NCR

Experience: 3–4 years post-qualification

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a Manager – Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from a reputed CA firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Coordinate and provide support for statutory and internal audits.
• Manage financial reporting, accounting for big 4.
• Work closely with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of schedules, reconciliations and other financial information required for audits.
• Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience in financial statement preparation as per Ind AS.
• Strong exposure to audit support and financial reporting.
• Candidates with experience with reputed CA firm will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
