Manager Finance & Accounts

• Role: Manager – F&A (Finance & Accounts)
• Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
• Reporting To: Head Finance
• Key Requirements:
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Industry Preference: Multi-location/multi-branch operations, preferably in the Automotive or Commercial Vehicle industry
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, and MS Excel
• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and internal controls

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall accounting operations across all branches in Maharashtra.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC).
• Coordinate audits and implement internal controls.
• Lead and develop the state accounts team.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
