Manager- Digital Asset (Insurance Partner App)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering related to partner platform, BRD creation, Scope creation, Defining Use case, UAT testing, release planning,
• Requirement prioritization, Planning, Tracking & reporting projects related to partner apps & website, Maintaining requirement matrix, Stakeholders management
• Driving platform utilization increasing adaption, downloads, monthly active users, Installed, reducing uninstalls,
• Mapping user journey, App Analytics, Analyzing app usage funnel, usage of mobile app feature, Identifying the area of improvement, drop-off rate
• Driving NPS, Managing app store & play store review, root cause analysis of complaints and suggesting the further scope of improvement,
• Dashboard & MIS preparation for platform available in app as well website version on a given frequency, providing insights.
• Co-ordination with stakeholders, Escalations management, finding the root of the escalations, finding bugs & preparing plans to fix these with the overall objective of improving the platform
• Conducting training, feedback & engagement sessions to increase awareness of the platform,

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Techno-functional candidate with experience of 3 to 6 years in managing mobile, website & related digital platforms
• Should have an understanding of mobile app platforms, mobile app development life cycle, APIs
• Should be very good at communication and presentation, should be able to face & present management at a higher level
• Desirable - basic understanding of health insurance sales, service & distribution ecosystem
