Manager – Client Servicing & Event Management - Ahmedabad

We are hiring: Manager – Client Servicing & Event Management 🚀

5–8 years of experience in an event management or experiential marketing agency and love taking ownership of events from pitch to production, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships and project delivery across Gujarat. You will own corporate events, conferences, product launches, brand activations, and exhibitions from the initial brief to live execution.

What You Will Do

• Partner with clients to understand their vision, business goals, and budgets.
• Develop compelling concept notes, pitch decks, and event flows using PowerPoint.
• Brief and collaborate with internal creative, design, technical, and production teams.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, checklists, and venue operations.
• Lead on-ground execution, setup, rehearsals, and live event coordination.
• Secure post-event client feedback, reports, and financial reconciliation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5–8 years in client servicing or account management within an event agency.
• Skills: Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, strong presentation confidence, and sharp attention to detail.
• Languages: Proficiency in English & Gujarati is a big plus.
