About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive advertising revenue through brand acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business development across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B Ad Sales or Media Sales, with experience in building client relationships and closing high-value advertising deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new brands across key consumer categories.
• Build and manage relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop customized media plans and integrated advertising solutions across digital, OOH, DOOH, and on-ground activations.
• Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for revenue growth across Pan India.
• Drive repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances.
• Proven track record in B2B advertising sales and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, OOH/DOOH, and on-ground brand activations.
• Experience working with brands, advertisers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience handling Pan-India clients or accounts will be an added advantage.
