Job Description

  • Prioritize business insights and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
  • Structure analytical solutions to address business objectives and problem-solving.
  • Translate client needs into researchable hypotheses and develop analysis plans.
  • Guide teams on problem structuring and analytics utilization, facilitating client sessions and maintaining client relationships.
  • Manage projects, address business uncertainty, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide oversight on project deliverables, ensuring quality before client submission.
  • Devise innovative solutions, own key project aspects, and create client-ready visualizations.
  • Develop project plans, gain stakeholder buy-in, and manage efforts accordingly.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of Python is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
  • Candidates with 3+ years of experience should have stakeholder management, business transformation, team management, and client management expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Connect Power BI to various data sources, import and transform data to analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, and Macros.
  • Implement row-level security and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
  • Develop tabular/multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query.
  • Skilled in publishing and scheduling Power BI reports, visualizing trends per business requirements.
