Management Trainee – Client Acquisition & Investor Relations

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Management Trainee to drive HNI/UHNI investor acquisition, build distribution partnerships, and manage investor relationships for our alternative investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI/UHNI investors and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, and distribution partners.
• Drive repeat investments, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
• Present investment products, explaining their structure, risk-return profile, and benefits.
• Support partner onboarding, product training, and investor engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and investor satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Commerce.
• Good understanding of BFSI, wealth management, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ownership mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel; NISM/AMFI certification is an advantage.
