Are you a marketing professional with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, driving footfalls, and building impactful brand campaigns? We're looking for an experienced Manager – Mall Marketing to join our team.

📍 Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

💰 CTC: Up to ₹15–17 LPA

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaigns

✅ Plan and manage large-scale events, activations, and promotional initiatives

✅ Drive PR, media relations, and brand-building activities

✅ Enhance customer engagement through CRM and loyalty programs

✅ Generate marketing revenue through partnerships, kiosks, signages, and sponsorships

✅ Analyze market trends and implement initiatives to increase footfalls and customer experience

✅ Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams

We're Looking For

✔ MBA/PGDM in Marketing

✔ 10–12 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Events, Customer Engagement, and Revenue Generation

✔ Strong expertise in marketing strategy, event execution, stakeholder management, budgeting, and partnership marketing

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
