Job Description – Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Industry: Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical maintenance activities for fabrication and heavy fabrication machinery, including CNC machines, laser cutting, bending, welding, and material handling equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize machine breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance teams, spare parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and annual maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct regular equipment inspections, and coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
