🚀 Hiring: Junior Business Development Lead | 0–2 YearsBitWise Solutions™ is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Junior Business Development Lead to help us expand our business, identify new opportunities, and build meaningful client relationships.

💼 Role: Junior Business Development LeadExperience: 0–2 Years

Engagement: Contractual Basis

Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month

Performance: Salary growth based on performance & business contribution

Location: Remote / Flexible

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Research potential clients and markets.
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and help convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Support proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
• Track leads, follow-ups and business development activities.
• Contribute ideas for expanding BitWise Solutions into new markets.

🧑‍💻 What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation or IT Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital business outreach.
• Ability to research prospects and identify potential opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of software development, web/mobile applications, AI/ML or IT services will be an advantage.

📈 Growth OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to grow with a technology company.

Your initial compensation will be ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month on a contractual basis. As you demonstrate consistent performance, generate qualified opportunities and contribute to business growth, compensation and responsibilities will be increased accordingly.
