Logistics Manager Moraiya (India)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal departments.

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations.

Select and manage transportation vendors and negotiate freight rates.

Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and other issues.

Prepare and maintain logistics documents, shipment records, invoices, and reports.

Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to reduce transportation and operating expenses.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.

Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Use ERP, WMS, TMS, or other logistics software to track and manage operations.

Work closely with procurement, production, sales, finance, and customer service teams.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Handle logistics-related customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics management systems.

Solid analytical and cost-control skills.

Typical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.

Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
