About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.

Help monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and order movement.

Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, inventory, and logistics documentation.

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments.

Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.

Monitor shipment status and elevate delays or delivery issues.

Assist with preparing logistics reports and operational performance summaries.

Help verify invoices, delivery receipts, and transport‑related documents.

Support efforts to improve delivery efficiency and reduce avoidable logistics costs.

Follow company procedures and applicable safety and documentation standards.

Use spreadsheets or logistics software to update shipment and inventory information.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers with 0 years of professional experience may apply.

A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, depending on employer requirements.

Basic knowledge of inventory, transportation, warehousing, or supply‑chain concepts is beneficial.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
