Logistic Executive or Senior Executive - Export & Import

Job Description

Candor Textiles, a reputed manufacturing and exporting company with a turnover of 100 Cr+, is looking for an experienced Logistic Manager to manage end-to-end export logistics, import clearance, trade documentation, ECGC compliance, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Export Dispatch & Documentation
• Preparation of export sales invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
• Handling insurance formalities and issuance of insurance certificates for CIF shipments.
• Shipping bill filing and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Preparation of Certificates of Origin for preferential and non-preferential shipments.
• Preparation of bank documents under LC, DP, and DA payment terms.
• Updating dispatch particulars on buyer and agent portals.
• Domestic Dispatches
• Preparation of delivery challans and sales invoices.
• Generation of e-invoices and e-way bills.
• Coordination for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Import Management
• Tracking import consignments across transportation modes.
• Handling import clearance, Bill of Entry filing, and duty payments.
• Ensuring timely clearance and avoiding overdue charges and interest.
• Preparation of import documentation and closure of Bills of Entry with banks.
• Maintaining import control files and MIS reports.
• ECGC Compliance
• Preparation and submission of monthly and annual export declarations.
• Handling ECGC Form 203 and Form 205, wherever applicable.
• Managing buyer-specific ECGC policies and annual policy renewals.
• Maintaining country-risk classifications, premium rates, and related records.
• ECGC account reconciliation and compliance with applicable procedures.
• Supply Chain Management
• Preparation and execution of sales plans.
• Coordination with production for material readiness.
• Coordination with marketing for timely dispatch of materials.
• Maintaining logistics control files and ensuring timely MIS reporting.
