Job Description & Responsibilities

  • RedHat Linux trained & 1- 2 yrs. experienced, preferably RedHat Certified Engineer
  • Understanding of HP server, Storage controller, RAID
  • Usage of HP system Server Management tools
  • Collection of Logs from Server, Storage controller CLI logs
  • Skilled to identify hardware component failure indicators, case logging with details
  • HP Data protector Express – DPX Backup application usage, log creation
  • LTO tapes rotation cycle, L&TT log creation to identify LTO drive errors

Microsoft MS-Excel knowledge for MIS purpose

  • Hardware knowledge to handled HP upload PCs setup at site
  • Knowledge on LAN management, WAN connectivity, working of switch/Router at site
