Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to own and run marketingend-to-end, with a strong bias toward execution: content, thought leadership, LinkedIn, the website,

PR and lead generation.

You will turn our leadership’s ideas and our subject-matter expertise into clear, high-quality content, represent the brand consistently across channels, and work independently with internal and external stakeholders to get things published.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Work with Seniors and internal experts to develop thought leadership: articles,

blogs, insights and industry perspectives.

  • Own the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across LinkedIn, the website and other channels.
  • Turn client trends, research, advisory experience and Ask capabilities into relevant content.
  • Draft and update newsletters, case studies, presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Make sure every piece of content reflects voice, positioning and quality standards.

LinkedIn Profile Management & Analytics

  • Manage the LinkedIn page: planning, drafting, scheduling and engagement.
  • Manage the LinkedIn profiles of seniors including posts in their voice,

reposts and network development (for example, connecting with relevant client contacts after meetings).

  • Time posts around events, interviews, publications, client milestones and industry developments.

Efficiency delivered. Efficiently.

  • Track post performance and double down on the topics and formats that drive meaningful engagement.

Website

  • Own day-to-day website upkeep and keep services, leadership profiles, thought leadership and case studies current.
  • Coordinate with the website, design and development team on changes, new pages and fixes.
  • Improve the website’s content, structure and conversion paths.

PR & External Communications

  • Work with our PR agencies on press releases, media opportunities, interviews and contributed articles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of media and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Gather the inputs and approvals needed for external communications.

Lead Generation & Coordination

  • Support lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn (including paid promotion), email, webinars and events.
  • Work with leadership to identify target audiences, accounts and campaign themes.
  • Execute campaigns from planning through launch, follow-up and reporting.
  • Track marketing-generated leads and engagement, and report monthly on what is working.
  • Manage designers, agencies and freelancers, along with deliverables, timelines, approvals and an organized repository of marketing assets.

Omnichannel & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, search, webinars, events and PR, so themessage is consistent and each channel reinforces the others.
  • Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads,

including budgets, audience targeting, bidding and A/B testing of creative and copy.

  • Own funnel metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and cost per qualified meeting, and reallocate spend toward what performs.

Product Marketing

  • Own positioning, messaging and value proposition for , tailored to key buyer personas

such as CPOs, CFOs, procurement leaders and PE operating partners.

  • Plan and execute launches for new features and capabilities, including demos, explainer videos, one-pagers and landing pages.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years in B2B marketing, content marketing or communications, ideally in consulting, professional services or B2B tech.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for senior business audiences, and the ability to write in different executive voices.
  • A track record of building strong company and executive LinkedIn presence, with meaningful engagement from relevant business audiences.
  • Hands-on with website CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and basic analytics; comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and content.
  • Experience working with PR agencies and external marketing partners.
  • Sound judgment on what is relevant, credible and appropriate to publish under the name.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently, with high attention to detail. How we work
  • Mini-CEO model: The CEO can’t be the only rainmaker. Everyone contributes to lead generation and client relationships, and marketing is central to that.
  • Full ownership: A task that lands on your plate ends in a finished outcome, not a string of clarifying questions. We expect fast responses and follow-through on every commitment.
  • High ROI per seat: A small team doing the work of far larger ones. Every contribution is visible and compounds.
  • Slow weeks → sharp weeks: Sales cycles run long. We use the runway for BD, RFPs, marketing and product, so this role is never idle.
  • Build, don’t springboard: We want people looking for a real tenure to build into, not a brand to stack on a résumé before the next move.
