Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and retention strategies, particularly within the banking and BFSI sectors. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through effective marketing strategies and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience (CX).
• Utilize tools such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI to track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives.
• Lead efforts in member engagement and customer marketing to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
• Strong understanding of retention and loyalty strategies, particularly in the banking and BFSI sectors.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo and analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
