Your role

New Business Development

• Call prospective brands and clients and open new leasing conversations
• Work across categories: fashion, jewellery and F&B

Follow-up and Data Discipline

• Record every call in the company's follow-up format
• Keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date

Site Visits

• Visit malls and sites to understand the property and the brand's needs first-hand

Reporting and Team Process

• Work within the team hierarchy
• Send your seniors your review metrics every morning

Knowledge, skills and behaviours

• Interest in retail, brands and how malls work
• A confident, clear voice on the phone
• Discipline in follow-ups and record-keeping
• Comfort with daily targets and reporting
• Respect for process and hierarchy
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
