Lead - Treasury Mid Office

Job Description Summary

• Lead the Treasury Mid Office function with responsibility for liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital management.
• Manage liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and Asset Liability Management (ALM) activities to ensure optimal funding.
• Design, implement, and maintain the Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework while optimizing cost of funds and capital adequacy.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, treasury policies, regulatory reporting, and audit requirements.
• Conduct liquidity stress testing, monitor risk metrics, and support ALCO governance and decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, rating agencies, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, treasury dashboards, strategy presentations, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Front Office and Back Office to ensure seamless treasury operations, funding execution, and process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement through treasury automation, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor the Mid Office team while maintaining high standards of governance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA with 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Mid Office, ALM, or Treasury Risk within an NBFC or Banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, LCR, FTP, Capital Adequacy, RBI regulations, and Treasury Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Treasury/ALM systems, with exposure to Python or automation tools being an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
