ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the architecture and growth of an Al-powered analytics platform that lets business users ask questions of enterprise data in plain language and get insights, reports, and recommendations.

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Experience in Consulting, with the ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions in business terms.
• Hands-on Software Development expertise in modern technologies and frameworks, with the ability to guide implementation teams.
• Background in Integration, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and connecting heterogeneous systems.
• Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, mapping technology solutions to operational workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end architecture: apps, data pipelines, Al, and infrastructure
• Assess the existing system and drive improvements
• Act as the technical link between the Development vendor, client central team and client business users
• Set architecture standards and review new features
• Guide engineers hands-on through complex challenges
• Own the development of the tool through AI/team.

EXPERIENCE: 10-15 Years

TIMING: Willing to support US Pacific Timezone

WHAT YOU BRING

• Azure production deployments
• Devops & CI/CD
• Azure Databricks and advanced SQL
• Production CenAl/LLM apps (Claude, CPT, or similar)
• RAG: vector databases, embeddings, hybrid search
• Python, REST APIs, Git & containers
• 5+ years on Azure, with prior experience as an Architect or Tech Lead
