Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor & manage front end team members
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture for web applications - Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases.
• Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend & QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality
• Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Perform code reviews
• Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance
• Team management & motivation

Required Skills

• Prior experience working on consumer-facing products
• 7+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using React
• Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code
• Expert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems
• Experience writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library
• You have hands on experience in cache management
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuery
• Solid understanding of API Integration
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine
• Experience on debugging UI and web service calls.
• Good understanding of SASS, Grunt
• Experience working on website speed optimisation
• Deep understanding of browser internal working
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Must have used GIT (Source version control)
• Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc
• Solid understanding of release management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results

Desired Skills

• Experience working with Angular
• Familiarity with automated testing tools including Selenium, Jasmine, and Karma
• Experience integrating payment gateways
• Experience working on AWS
