Lead Software Developer – AI & Platform

Experience: 3–10 years

IncuBrix is building an AI-powered workspace that helps creators, agencies and marketers create, publish, grow and monetize content from one platform.

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who can shape architecture, write critical production code and help a growing engineering team deliver with confidence.

This is an individual-contributor leadership role—not a coordination-only position and not formal people management.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

• First 6–9 months: Trichy, Tamil Nadu — on-site or hybrid
• After 6–9 months: Mandatory relocation to Bengaluru
• Full-time role

COMPENSATION BUDGET

• Hybrid: ₹12–20 LPA
• On-site: ₹18–25 LPA
• Pay mix: 60% fixed + 40% flexible/performance-linked

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Architecture and delivery of key product modules
• Critical backend services, APIs and AI-powered workflows
• Technical decisions across backend, frontend, data and cloud
• Standards for code quality, testing, security and observability
• Early identification of risks, bottlenecks and dependencies
• System reliability, performance, scalability and cost
• Code reviews, debugging and mentoring developers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–10 years of software engineering experience
• Experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead or Module Owner
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python or Go
• Sound judgment in TypeScript, React, APIs and data modelling
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker and CI/CD
• Understanding of service boundaries, asynchronous systems and caching
• Strong debugging, code-review, mentoring and communication skills

Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, MLOps, media processing, Kubernetes, queues or distributed systems is a strong advantage.
