Position: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) Grade : O4 Location : Mumbai (Andheri East) Reporting Manager : Area Sales Manager. Product : Mortgage loans (Mass LAP) Ticket size : 1 Cr to 5 Cr Vertical : DSA Job Summary The Sales Manager - LAP is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Loan Against Property business through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and referrals. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual LAP sourcing and disbursement targets. - Generate business through direct sales, DSAs, brokers, connectors, and channel partners. - Identify recent market opportunities and customer segments. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for consistent business growth. - Cross-sell related financial products where applicable. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management - Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions. - Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Drive customer retention, referrals, and repeat business. Channel Partner Management - Recruit, onboard, train, and manage DSAs, connectors, and channel partners. - Develop strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral networks. - Monitor partner productivity and business contribution. Loan Processing & Coordination - Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for sanction and disbursement. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies. - Monitor pre-disbursement and post-disbursement activities.
