Lead - Sales & Distribution - FMCG

Job Summary

Responsible for driving overall sales growth across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, Quick Commerce and other emerging sales channels. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets in the FMCG vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni-channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth across GT, MT, E-commerce, Quick-Commerce and B2B channels.
• Lead and manage sales operations across regional and national markets.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts, and channel partners.
• Drive business expansion, market penetration, and product availability.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Manage trade promotions, pricing strategies, and sales budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth business execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure strong execution and visibility across all channels.

Qualifications
